You are invited to participate in our annual Homes for Dogs Project to benefit our local canine and feline communities plus the animal shelters that support them. We are proud to have inspired the adoption of tens of thousands of pets since the program’s inception in 2015. This year, you have the option to deliver toys, pet food and more to my Coldwell Banker Realty office, or make a monetary donation to help out the staff and volunteers of shelters near and dear to our hearts.
Additionally, we will be hosting an adoption event on Saturday October 7th from 11:00 – 1:00, so there are opportunities to bring home a new family member and make a lifetime of happy memories!
If you’d like to contribute, please call or text me with your name and address and I will add you to the list. Donations are tax deductible so please let me know if you’d like a receipt for your donation! Check out the details below for a list of items you can donate.
Wish List for In-Person Donations:
- Baby food with meat
- Bowls
- Cage scratchers for cats
- Clean bath towels
- Cleaning products (pet-safe laundry detergent, dish soap, cleaners)
- Dog beds
- Gentle leaders – medium and large sizes
- Greenies Pill Pockets
- Kong toys – all sizes, preferably the larger ones
- Leads, leashes and collars
- Milk replacement (dogs and cats), bottles
- Unopened pet food and treats in containers/bags weighing less than 10 pounds (no prescription food)
The adoption event will take place at my Coldwell Banker office – 883 S Westlake Blvd, at the corner of Westlake Blvd and Townsgate.
There will be dogs to adopt, a classic car show, food vendors, raffles and give aways and all kinds of pet related vendors. It will be a fun event for kids and adults alike!
